Shipping Policies

We strive to provide prompt, efficient service to our customers. We charge shipping and handling at a reasonable price and do our best to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible. If you experience any problems with damaged shipments or manufacturers defects, please contact us within 24 hours. Detailed policies and contact information are given below.

Shipping Rates

We charge shipping fees + $2.00 handling per order
If an order contains several items there is a possibility you may receive it in multiple shipments
Most orders will ship via UPS, but may also ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. Orders will be shipped in the most economical and efficient means, based on weight and size of product.
Backordered items may be cancelled at shipper’s discretion.
Orders will not ship until payment has cleared authorization.
Items should ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received; please allow 4-10 days for delivery. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Refused orders are subject to a $5.00 or 20% re-stocking fee, whichever is greater, plus shipping charges incurred.

Warranty Policy

Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only
We must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of damaged goods or shortages
You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number to return a product. This number must be noted in bold print on the return shipping label and on the box itself.
Please include a note indicating what is wrong with the product.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals and booklets must be included in the return shipment.
The Supplier/Manufacturer reserves the right to repair, replace or refund defective merchandise.
Merchandise is warranted for 30 days from date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects.
Manufacturer may require defective items to be shipped to an alternate location for repair or replacement
